What Boredom Looks Like at My House

Take one thrifted set of shelves, one 1951 McCall's Dressmaking book and a few vintage bits and bobs from your stash (and from Elizabeth Holcombe & mima) and Voila! Boredom banished. :)

My craft room is going to look sweet!!

Karin!!! I love your shelves!!! These are so wonderful! So you are going to use them in your sewing room?? They are beautiful ~ you have many talents, my dear.....I'm so very sorry but forgot to place your cherries in your bag the other day, please forgive me and still have them put aside for you. Just let me know when you plan on a return trip and I'll give them to you then or I'll be happy to mail them, I'm so sorry. I'll mail them if you'll give me your address as I have to go to the post office Monday. I have to tell you something so cute, my 9 year old absolutely fell in love with that lemon cake and while I worked at the store all week he had it for dessert after meals every day!!! Thank you so much again for thinking of me. xxoo, Dawn

It came out great! I can't wait to see your craft room. I'm hoping to come down before Thanksgiving, but if not, then I will see it then. And maybe I'll bring a guest. Just sayin'... ;)
